In order to set up your hosting package please me with the following information:

First and Last Name
Address
City, State, Country, Zip
Phone number
Email
Domain name
Password (at least 6 characters)

Once I have this from you you should be set up with an account and you will get a confirmation email. Remember the email is going to be geared to "clients" so just don't worry about what it says.

Terms of Agreement

You keep the space for free as long as you are volunteering "regularly". By regularly I will basically judge it by your communication with me. As long as I can contact you and you continue to volunteer on a regular basis you will get the hosting. If I ever cannot contact you I will send a warning email and then if you don't respond within 7 days I will terminate the account. If you are on vacation, have a personal emergency, etc. just let me know how long you aren't able to volunteer for and that should be fine.

You must have a banner or text linking to Grassroots.org and it would be great if you put a blurb about Grassroots.org with a link for possible non-profits who find you site to contact us for free services.

The only other requirement is that the site is for portfolio use only. Obviously, you can talk about yourself, your interests, etc. You can also have prices if you want to use if for for-profit ventures, as well.
