You can log in to your client's Grassroots.org Hosting Control Panel by visiting www.tierra.net

Username: Domain Name
Password: Selected by client--please ask them

Uploading:
To upload files to be seen on their webiste you can use the "Webby" application provided with the Hosting package. To get to "Webby" just click on the "Webby" tab on the client's hosting home page.

If you have an FTP client then you can upload files using their domain name and password.

Enabling MySQL Database:

From the Hosting Control Panel look in the right-hand bottom corner:
Click Developer's Corner
Under Database, you can click to add and maintain your MySQL database.

"As a volunteer, am I eligible for a free hosting package?"

YES!

*Previously client's were given the Silver Hosting Package. All clients are eligible for a free upgrade to the Gold Package plus MySQL. You or your client can call TierraNet (1-877-TIERRA1) to make the switch. You will need the username and password for the account.
