I am writing today on behalf of one of our members, just Tell, which empowers children to speak up about sexual abuse. The organization is looking for an
architectural redesign of their website. They have someone to do the visual, but is in need of someone whose speciality is site segmentation, internal linking, layout, usability, amount of content per page.

*Making sure all possible tracking/conversion codes are installed
*Split testing landing pages
*Split testing new ads
*Improving QS of keyword/ad/landing page to lower bid amount or get higher rank
*Determining a conversion metric and appropriate landing page
*Analyzing statistics to see which keywords/ads/lp's have a higher ROI and finding opportunities for other improvements
